1. Booking and Appointment
By booking a service with Seasons Cleaning Service, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your location, property size, and cleaning requirements. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred slot.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We value our team's time and appreciate your cooperation in providing timely notice for any changes.
3. Access to Property
Customers must ensure that our cleaning professionals have access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys or access codes if you are not present during the service.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is typically required upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash and bank transfers. For commercial contracts, payment terms will be specified in the individual agreement.
5. Liability and Insurance
Seasons Cleaning Service is fully insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please report it within 24 hours of the service completion. We will investigate and address any valid claims promptly.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with any part of the service, please let us know immediately, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
